An extra benefit to losing that extra weight from your body is that <span id="more-27"></span>you will gain more self confidence.<span> </span>One of the best ways to start gaining all these weight loss benefits is by <em>setting a series of small goals for your self</em>.<span> </span>A good goal to set is to start planning to lose only 10 pounds or so.<span> </span>Successfully achieving this small goal will depend on the how effective your goal is and how you execute your weight loss plan.<strong> </strong></p>
<p class="Textbody">Because each person is different, goals will be different as well.<span> </span>People differ in their lifestyle choices, work, behavior, and attitudes.<span> </span>These factors should be taken into account when developing your goal to lose those 10 pounds.<span> </span>You also need to keep in mind how realistic that plan is for you to achieve.<span> </span>Be sure to focus on your daily routine, your lifestyle, and what you are willing to give up if you want to accomplish your goal.<span> </span></p>

Prepare as many of your meals in advance as possible and refrigerate and freeze when and where appropriate.<span> </span>Space your scheduled eating times at least 2-3 hours apart.<span> </span>Frequent small meals are better than fewer larger meals.<span> </span></p>
<p class="Textbody">While you’re at it don’t forget to design an <strong>exercise plan</strong> suited to your personality and lifestyle. <span> </span>If you have very little time during the day, wake up earlier to execute your exercise plan.<span> </span>Waking up early to start an exercise plan helps to <strong>burn more body fat </strong>instead of carbohydrates from food.<span> </span></p>
<p class="Textbody">If you do find yourself pressed for time, short 10-15 minute workouts twice a day may be all you need.<span> </span>There are many short workouts that can benefit you if done correctly.<span> </span>When at work, go a 15 minute walk during your lunch hour.<span> </span>If you have more time, try to increase it to between 30 &#8211; 60 minutes per day.<span> </span></p>
<p class="Textbody">As mentioned above, this may be easier to do by working out early in the morning, during lunch or after work.<span> </span>If possible walk home from work instead.<span> </span>However you make your weight loss goal, be consistent.<span> </span>A consistent diet and exercise plan executed daily is necessary if you want to achieve your goal to lose weight and keep it off.</p>
