Wake Up Early To Lose 10 Pounds

This one weight loss tip alone can help you lose more weight. Waking up early after a good nights rest can prepare your body to lose more weight faster than by waking up later. You can effectively lose those 10 pounds faster by doing your normal routine earlier than you usually do. The first few mornings may be a little tough, but you would be surprised at how much extra energy you have by going this route. That 10 pounds you want to lose can make all the difference in the world. 

Gaining weight is slow and can creep up on you with the nasty surprise of not being able to buckle up your belt. Little by little, your weight is added slowly over a period of time until you find out that instead of losing 10 pounds, you ended up gaining it instead.

I started waking up about an hour earlier than usual just two months ago and started a light exercise program before breakfast. I would start with a little stretching and than a little jogging on the spot. I continued by doing some jumping jacks and finished by doing some sit-ups and crunches. These were easy to and took about 30 minutes to do.

Sometimes I would start cleaning my house instead of exercising as I waited for my early morning coffee would brew. I constantly changed my morning routine. This activity level actually helped me lose more weight than I did when I woke up later in the morning. Yeah, my body was a little stiff the first three or four mornings, but by the second week I felt so much better.

You too can lose some of your weight just by simply adding some exercise to your early morning daily routine. I know that you’re probably very busy and you may feel you have no time to fit an exercise program into your busy schedule. But, by waking up early & finding only about 30 minutes a day to an early morning workout, will improve your health so much that you will have more energy to do more things. As you continue you will find that you can do more in less time.

Remember that for everything you want, you need to give something up. Losing weight and feeling healthier may mean giving up some extra sleep, but it will be worth it. By simply waking up early and doing some quick exercises to get your blood circulating can help make the rest of your day more progressive and enjoyable. You will find that you will not interrupt your normal routine. In fact you may find that you can do even more than before.

An early morning exercise routine also has the added benefit of being the optimum time to burn the most excess fat from the body than at any other time of the day. Your body uses carbohydrates from the meals you eat and stored within your body as a source of energy to keep you going. By the time you wake up in the morning, your body has depleted itself of this fuel you need.

Because your body has no more carbohydrates it must find a source of fuel. When you start an early morning exercise program, your body is forced to burn stored fat as the needed fuel. Studies have indicated that by undergoing an early morning exercise regimen can potentially help you lose more weight by burning up to 250% more fat than if you did the same exercise routine later during the day.

The key to losing this extra weight, though, is that you need to exercise on an empty stomach or you will end up burning the carbohydrates from your food rather than from the stored fat. Remember your goal is to burn fat, not the food you eat. Instead, just sip on a glass of cold water instead. Sipping on cold water in the morning as a secondary benefit of increasing your metabolism.
