1 – Nuts and Seeds
There are three reasons why I eat Nuts and Seeds. The first being that they’re delicious. I eat them because I love the taste of them. I try and stay away from the salted variety and stick to raw or even roasted. The second reason that nuts and seeds are always on my menu is their nutritional content.
However it would be a mistake to assume that the more you have the more nutrition you get. The bad news is that nuts and seeds contain a lot of fat and are high in calories. The good news, however, is that it only takes a small handful to do the job. A few almonds along with a few walnuts is enough to make you full until your next meal.
If a couple hours after you eat you begin to feel hungry again, have a few more nuts along with a glass of water and your hunger should go away.
