Want to know how I started? I had a drink of water and then decided to go for a simple walk around the block. I was out of breath after only 5 minutes of walking. But I caught my breath and walked for another 2 minutes and stopped to catch my breath again. It was a slow walk. When I got home, I rested a bit. But then I found myself walking around the back yard. Somehow I felt a little better. There was an apple on the counter. Probably been there for a week but I took a bite anyway. When it comes to a diet food plan, you may also want to find the best ways to serve that food. Should you cook those vegetables or eat them raw? Will I save time if I make a smoothie instead? How many fruits should I eat per day? These are just a few of the questions you should be asking when it comes to incorporating a diet plan into your life that you can follow.

The thing that I noticed most was that I was beginning to develop new habits.

Just beware that any change has its pros and cons and questions need to be asked.
Incorporating an exercise plan as part of your weight loss journey can have many questions. Are they safe to do? Is it effective? Will these exercises work for me? One big question is to ask yourself is why you want to exercise in the first place. Sure, it’s because you want to be healthier. It may even because you want to be stronger. But for the purposes of this article, your answer should be (wait for it…) to lose weight!
With that in mind, the best exercises that you can do are those that allow at least fifteen minutes a day of endurance exercises like walking, running, swimming, and dancing. But for today, why don’t you just go for a walk around the block and see what all your neighbors are up to…
